I am incredibly happy to announce the very first litter at our kennel.

I have never believed how difficult is to find the right sire of my Shiny´s future puppies. After long searching I have finally found the one who fulfilled all my conditions and expectations for the perfect stud dog.

His name is Maiden´s Kalahari Kandy!

Kandy is elegant, 66 cm tall male with excellent bones, perfect topline and undeline, perfect limb angulation and wonderfull masculine head with dark eyes. He has fantastic character, very balanced, friendly dog, living in harmony with children. Kandy loves both - to work and to have fun as well, he is good swimmer.Kandy is mentality tested and gunshot proof. Kandy loves lure coursing and blood tracing and is doing both with success.

He has good healt results: HD and ED free, DM negative. His parents and all the dogs from his pedigree are impressive, perfectly balanced and mainly healthy dogs.

Kandy was born in excellent litter of 9 standard puppies with no DS, no kinked tail and with white in standard, all pups with nice ridges, all his siblings are fulldented at this time. As you can see for the first sight, Kandy is the eye-catcher what he also proves with the list of wondefull results and titles from the dogs shows.

His pedigree contains original old swedish lines based on years of breeding in the famous kennels and with well known and verified dogs.

He is proud father of 7 litters of togehter 72 puppies, from them 52 were standard pups. All his puppies have ridges! there was only one DS, white in standard, they are without any serious health problems, no allergies,puppies are fulldented . He gives them his beautifull head, good body with perfect angulation.

My Shiny is lovely bitch with perfect body shape, beautifull elegant neck, deep chest, excellent angles and she is getting her attention anytime she moves. She is my first ridgeback and I am thankfull mainly for her lovely character, very friendly, balanced, dedicated, she is just able to read in my mind

I, not only as a vet, am giving lot of importance on healt and so Shiny has long list of health test done. She is HD, Ed and OCD free, LTV negative, thyroid normal, DM negative, DD (not carrier or affected for dilution gene causing blue colour in coat), heart examination with all physiological findings.


From Shiny-Kandy mating I expect happy outgoing puppies with lovely characters, good head with nice expression, perfect bodies with well held topline and fantastic movement. This combination is absolutly unique mixture of pedigrees and I hope it will be benefit not only for my own breeding.

I will cross my fingers for this puppies and hope they will be able to take only the best from both parents and I wish that nature and God will stay on our side....
